The Hotel will also be used for tournament registrations and to house referees. Overflow Hotels will be the Varsity Inn (North and South) at a $69 nightly rate.

The Baxter’s Breakfast Buffet is a full, hot buffet that includes eggs, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, hash browns, make-your-own waffles, assorted cereals & milk, fresh fruit, bagels, Danish and assorted breakfast pastries, coffee, juice, etc. and is served every morning in our restaurant.
---If necessary, the hotel would be happy to open the buffet earlier than normal to accommodate any team that would have an early morning game or match as part of the tournament they are participating in at Ultimate Sports Center.
Meeting and Banquet Rooms:
University Plaza Hotel is happy to offer discounted or complimentary meeting space, based upon the event that will be held, to Ultimate Sports Center. University Plaza Hotel has over 12,000 square feet of meeting space for Tournament Registration, Receptions and Clinic meetings.
